I made several purchases through Best Buy and Dubli would not pay me back for any of them, simply saying "Purchase not eligible for Cash Back" when I contacted them. But their website lists NO items that are not eligible anywhere, simply stating that you get a minimum of 2% cash back entire site wide.

There's not a list of ineligible items, you only find out that you can't claim cash back on your purchases well after making them. Worse, you have to wait 14 days after purchase to even contact them about any missing cash back, and it can take up to another 90 days for them to bother to get back to you, if they do at all. What's more crazy, is that I had previously purchased the SAME items through Best Buy and got money back the prior month.

If things changed since then, nothing on their website says so. You're better of using any other cash back website, because despite the fact that Dubli charges an exorbitant membership fee, they can't be bothered to actually get you your money back.

I didn't like: Kept finding reasons not to pay, No refund or customer service, Face that it is a scam operation pyramid scheme, Cashback payment program, Do not explain which items are not eligible for cash back.
