Problem number one. Matt Trainer who started Wukar is a convicted felon already.

By Jim Gallagher, St. Louis Post-Dispatch Knight Ridder/Tribune Business News

Apr. 27--Matthew Trainer and his brother Jason pleaded guilty to mail fraud Thursday in federal court in St. Louis, after blowing nearly $2 million in investors' money in high-risk stock trading and high-rolling trips to Las Vegas.

Matthew Trainer, 30, could face up to 10 years in prison and $500,000 in fines when sentenced for two counts of mail fraud. Jason Trainer, 28, pleaded guilty to one count and could be sentenced to up to five years in prison and assessed a $250,000 fine.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Ray Gruender said that, as part of the plea agreement, Matthew Trainer promised to help prosecutors track down whatever of the fortune may be left

My name is jim and I am a member of Wukar, but only because right now i DON'T HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING. Mr.

Trainor owes me thousands of 'credits' for work I did for him over a year ago and I am just hanging around out of morbid curiosity to see how they squirm out of paying us out. I am already successful online but want to make sure unethical people like Matt and Tarlese don't get away with these ripoffs.

It's been a steady barrage of 'new opportunities', changes of direction, illnesses, change of personnel, etc. etc. etc.

Anything to delay a few more weeks or months.

Now I am waiting for Wukademy, which will no doubt be recycled training that will cost more than it's worth.

If Wukar and Matt are so great, why is your Facebook group secret and anyone who questions or complains gets thrown out of the group ?

I am willing to bet you're not about to see anything paid to you. These two live in one of the swankiest new apartment buildings in one of the least swankiest neighborhoods of San Diego.

By that I mean a neighborhood that has been featured more than once on national news stories for having one of the highest instances of meth users. Not even kidding. And I know that neighborhood well because I used to live two blocks from where she does now. Also from the looks of things from pictures on Tarlese's Facebook profile they got a new Lamborghini a few months ago.

Honestly it was kind of funny to see their new car half under water when the garages in that new complex flooded since the whole time the building was trying to get approval to be built the flooding from the beach was a concern brought up at planning meetings. Who builds underground garages next to the ocean?

What I'm trying to say is from the lifestyle I see this woman trying to portray and knowing the thousands of dollars they're paying in rent for their apartment and all the parties they seem to have, plus the new car, I would say you can count on nothing coming your way.

How else would they fund their travels and lifestyle since it seems like neither of them wants an actual job?

Rotator already launched, ***

Several people already have sales and testimonials. That's what happens when you aren't a quitter... Just sayin.

Love Tar'Lese

(because I'm not a coward who hides behind "anonymous")

to Anonymous San Diego, California, United States #1090669

The rotator already launched "Jim" and credits were issued, so why are you here complaining?

Oh and Wukademy launched also.

stop coming to complain when you already received what was coming to you!

Oh and why don't you message ME and say these things?

Because you are FULL OF *** and try to blame other, GET A LIFE.

If you can't complain to the source, then SHUT UP

Oceanside, California, United States #1038865

You're a *** ***, why don't you use your REAL NAME, wanna know why? Because you are full of ***.

Stop making up LIES!

I can GUARANTEE that NONE of you have paid Matt Trainer a PENNY.

Stop spreading lies and get a life loser

to Tarlese #1055794

We all just hang around making up lies about you guys for the heck of it i guess. Get over yourself.

Notice how people like Charles Ngo, Greg Davis, Benjamin Young, Ricco Davis and other legit affiliate marketers who offer training don't have the negative reviews like you two.

I guess everyone is wrong. I also notice nobody coming on either of your facebook walls proclaiming to have made any money.

Everyone who comments on your *** haven't wired you any money to be scammed. They are all drinking your *** koolaid.

to Anonymous San Diego, California, United States #1090673

Cool story "anonymous"

Why don't you use your real name? Want to know why? because you are a COWARD and KNOW that you have never paid a penny to Matt.

inShare Matthew Trainer, once seen by investors as a stock market whiz, was arrested on mail fraud charges Wednesday, the U.S. attorney's office said. Federal agents arrested Trainer at the Atlanta airport as he arrived from Panama, said assistant U.S. attorney Ray Grunder.

The U.S. Attorney's office asked that he be held without bail. Trainer, 30, operated the Hardcastle Hedge Fund from O'Fallon and Wentzville. At least 38 people invested between $1.6 million and $2.5 million in the fund in 1999 and last year.

Last May, Trainer told investors that the fund was broke. He then moved to Panama.

In a telephone interview last week, Trainer told the Post-Dispatch that he lost most of the money trading in the stock market. …

Why are you bringing up things from 15 years ago ***. Get a life

to TarLese #1050974

is it not relevant just because it was 15 years ago.

The man was a scammer then and he is now. It is just a matter of time before someone puts a bullet in his head or he is behind bars again.

to Anonymous #1052668

Says the loser who doesn't even have the balls to use their own name.

Get a life

to Tarlese #1054435

Tarlese, you sure are great responding to these claims people have made about Matt and yourself. How about something with substance to explain why you think these people's opinions are wrong? That would be much more effective than asking for their names and calling them losers.

You're claiming to review DubLi here but you are actually reviewing Matt Trainer. That's like writing a bad review for Apple Computers because someone used one to *** a bank.

Give discredit only where discredit is due.

His past is unfortunate, however, I believe in giving people a second or even third chance to make things right.

to morechances Saint Louis, Missouri, United States #935228

Perhaps if hes such a quality guy and making the millions he claims, he might be inclined to pay back some of the savings he stole from people before he gambled it away in Vegas, that would certainly warrant a second chance.

to Anonymous Lake Worth, Florida, United States #952938

See my response above to morechances. I was one of the investors.

to morechances Lake Worth, Florida, United States #952936

I'm one of the investors who lost money through Matt's "hedge fund" ("slush fund"). He has never contacted me to even apologize, much less try and recoup my money--as you say, "make things right".

I even emailed him a few yrs ago to see if he would help me make some money w/internet marketing, since he was supposedly doing so well in it. He was not willing.

to Candy #953208

Well he and his wife, Tar'lese like posting pictures of their new luxury beach front condo on face book. So apparently he's doing well enough to afford this.

Truth is Candy, is he's frauded the entire Wukar team as well, made many promises that were not kept, and changed the rules, first he had his millionaires club, a guaranteed to make a million your first 18 months or he wouldn't take a cent from Dubli, that hasn't worked out, his rotator system for generating customers was a lie, (he claimed hackers sabotaged it) , now he has a founders club for the first ten thousand in wukar, not sure what they are promised, I'm sure once that fizzles he will come up with another. I highly doubt hes doing well in internet marketing, I believe he's doing nothing well, but conning others, Nothing has changed, these people are the most predatory of individuals.

to Anonymous #954133

This may be true...but it is not DubLi you have a beef with, it is Matt Trainer and WUKAR.

I've started several successful businesses (not MLM's) over the last 10 years and worked in the corporate world for 15 years before that. There are jerks and scammers in all professions, as there are good people in all professions.

MLM's and Network marketing has it's drawbacks and has earned the reputation that it has.

But it is very easy to separate the career MLM'ers from the DubLi business proposition.

You don't like risk?

Do it for free! Or do it on your own. You don't need the MLM'ers to successfully offer DubLi. It sells itself.

Use it and save money. That's it. You want to offer it to legitimate business partners and charities, pay the $2,450 for the training. Your choice.

I almost joined DubLi as a Business Associate on my own, I was 99% sure that was the way that I wanted to go, at the last minute I sent Randy Schrum (Home Business Labs) a note and asked if he would like to be my sponsor because I was about to sign up.

He doesn't know why I did that because we have never communicated. At this point, I don't need him. One day, if I do, maybe he can help me out. I like his sensible and professional approach.

His LinkedIn and Social Media expertise is truly valuable to me. The net is, I don't need team WUKAR or Team POWER or Team Flavor_of_the_Month to successfully represent DubLi. Do it honestly, build your own personal brand based on integrity and accountability and you will succeed in life. Businesses will succeed and fail, don't promise anything you can't control.

True, DubLi needs to improve the user experience of their website but giving 7%-14% cash back on stuff I am buying anyway is a pretty solid deal. I can live with the technology ;)

to Anonymous #976565

@ tru biz

You keep posting this same response..... truth is the Dubli business (MLM) model doesn't work... If you personally can't make money from the customer -commission side of Dubli, how can you sell the business opportunity to someone else and still sleep a night.

Even Randy Schrum has realized this and moved on because of the complaints.
